Position Description:?

• Serve as project lead for customer digitization requests; manages all aspects of digitization efforts in concert with the records management staff
• Performs as an ERM analyst responsible for assisting with all administrative operations and projects
• Works with RMS staff to continually administer the agency’s records management program to ensure compliance with all program requirements identified in 36CFR, NARA, and local policy for paper and electronic records management
• Maintains a customer focus when addressing the NSF community regarding questions and concerns and RMS services
• Utilizes a customer request tracking system

Requirements:

• Experience with document management to include digizing records
• Ability to lift 50 lbs to transport and prepare records for digitization
• Knowledge of records management statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience scheduling records and creating file plans
• Experience responding to requests from NARA for self-assessments
• Experience providing in-person training and assisting development of online training
