Job Summary | The Associate Director of Admissions, Operations at Chicago State University plays a pivotal role in providing leadership and direction to the operations and processing team, ensuring adherence to admissions policies and business processes. The Associate Director manages workflows related to application and admission processes, and oversees day-to-day technical processes, including Slate forms, delivery, decision release, campaigns, portals, rules, and event/scheduler functions in Slate to effectively leverage the CRM for recruitment and admission. Additionally, they oversee yearly update processes such as Cycle Prep and updates to Slate-hosted and external applications. Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management & Admissions, this position serves as a crucial member of the leadership team to provide leadership and direction for the Office of Admissions. |
