Job Title - Data Center Technician/Engineer
Location – Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 9 Months contract
Scope:
- Server troubleshooting support, server break-fix
- Power and power cords/PDUs and cable management.
- parts replacement on existing Dell Servers.
- replacing, retention and processing of failed hard drives/SSD/NVMe’s from Dell Servers
- perform firmware updates, act as buffer between AMEX and Dell Support
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $40.74 - $60.39 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work setting:
- In-person
Experience:
- Dell Servers: 5 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Phoenix, AZ 85003: Relocate before starting work (Required)
