Seasons in the Sun RV Resort, part of Zeman Homes RV Resorts, is looking for a part-time Guest Services Specialist. This position is responsible for providing high-level customer service to resort guests. Primary duties include assisting guests with reservations, answering guests' questions, and coordinating services with other departments.

This position works 24 hours per week. Weekends are required.

Essential Job Duties

• Assists guests with reservations and check outs.
• Processes current and future reservations, departures, and payments.
• Supports resort guests with front desk services that include answering guest questions, addressing guest housekeeping and maintenance requests, handling of guest mail and packages.

Requirements

• 2 years of Guest Services experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance
• Computer proficiency, including the internet, Google suite
• Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
