Job Summary: 

This position is available on a Part Time basis, requiring up to 100-300 hours annually (flexible) per year. As a Training Analyst (Senior), you will participate with the Air Force, Army and contract personnel using Joint Air Defense Operation Center's (JADOC) mission systems in Air Defense Exercises Nationwide. Primarily you will provide support to Army Air Defense Crews undergoing positional training and certification during Army Air Defense Exercises by way of role-playing Air Force operational positions within a Joint Air Defense Operations Center and role-playing Joint command authorities within a NORAD environment.
Responsibilities:

• Supports crew positional training during Army Air Defense Exercises by way of role-playing NORAD Joint command authorities and operational Air Force positions within a Joint Air Defense Operations Center.
• Replicate simulated Domestic Events Network, Defense Sector Commanders, and various "Chat" inputs related to the operational exercise. 
• Review and analyze performance and provide input via Lessons Learned and after-action reviews.
• Produce CONOPS/CONEMP/TTPs documents when required. 
• Observe, analyze, and role-play various C2 operational job functions for simulated exercises and actual Live Fly Exercise events.
• Submit recommendations to the Project Lead on improvements to training for an entire operational system, or for an individual.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of any discipline and seven (7) or more years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree and five (5) or more years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, ten (10) or more years of command-and-control experience.
• Must have an active secret or higher clearance.
• Must be capable of, and willing to travel to support execution of the mission.
• Ability to Role play NORAD command elements via telephone during Live and Simulated exercises.
• Role play as a member on a JADOC Operations Floor in Air Force C2 Operator Positions.
• Must have the ability to communicate via radio, telephone, and on the Domestic Events Network (nationwide)
• Working knowledge of NORAD and AOC Operations with the ability to Role Play command elements.
• Working knowledge of US Army Air Defense Systems centering on Ground Based Air Defense.
• Knowledge of the Tactical Display Framework (TDF) System 
• Familiar with Tactical Display Framework used for US Army Air Defense units.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Professional applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Project). 
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, procedure manuals, or CONOPS/CONEMP.
• Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to manage time, personnel, and other resources.
• Must be capable of physically working in an office environment or under field conditions.
• Must be capable of effectively communicating with both customers and supporting staff.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Successful background and drug screening check.

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge/Experience with Cruise Missile Defense operations.
