As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with their luggage and belongings - Provide valet parking services for guests - Maintain cleanliness of the dealership, including showroom, offices, and restrooms - Perform light janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting - Ensure all vehicles on the lot are clean and presentable - Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises - Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and provide assistance as needed - Handle cash transactions accurately and securely Skills: - Proficient in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles - Strong cash handling skills - Bilingual abilities (preferred) - Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Familiarity with retail math for cash handling purposes - Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus Join our team as a Porter and enjoy competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
