Auto Sales Associate is a role suited for an outgoing and motivated individual who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our Auto Sales Associate reports to the sales manager. Zeigler Auto Group strongly believes in training, developing and promoting top performing associates to continue to grow their career. The position provides an opportunity for the sales consultant to earn a very competitive compensation package with unlimited potential earnings through a monthly commission plan. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and visiting potential customers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new leads
- Present product information and demonstrate the value of our offerings to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize software tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate product benefits to customers
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to engage with customers and build relationships
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads
- Proficiency in using sales software tools for tracking and managing customer interactions
- Familiarity with the sales process, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or dealership is advantageous
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
