We are looking for a passionate trained used Car sales manager with great results in the past with pricing and growing a brand new building in Schererville, In! We have a lot to offer but we also have high expectations! You must have had several years at pricing pre owned Vehicles to sell. Be great at customer relations with our Team and the clients walking in the door. A great attitude with helping sales to get cars sold with integrity and building relationships. A true desire to grow in sales volume and break records for the dealership. We have a lot of inventory and experience is a MUST! Duties & Responsibilities

• Hire, train and coach sales staff to ensure the best possible customer experience at the dealership
• Ensure the dealership meets its used vehicle unit sales quotas and its objectives on a monthly/daily basis
• Ensure that the retail units sold assist the dealership in reaching its profit objective on a monthly and annual basis
• Efficiently work the desk and have working knowledge of the DMS
• Display a professional behavior when interacting with customers, coworkers, employees and vendors

Pay: $121,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
