Zeeco is currently working to hire a Flight Coordinator/Scheduler for the Aviation Division in Tulsa, OK. This position will be onsite and support several functions of the Zeeco corporate Aviation division. A successful candidate will provide trip scheduling, continual flight following, and accurate passenger and crew manifests. This person will participate in the Safety Management System and be responsible for other duties as assigned. Experience in aircraft scheduling, handling, and travel is preferred.

Duties:

• Schedules ground transportation for crewmembers and passengers
• Schedules company aircraft for flights and maintenance
• Enters flight times and keeps department flight records
• Retains passenger manifests and logs for all flights
• Maintains current information on the location of company aircraft
• Assists in obtaining, for crewmembers, any necessary landing / overflight permits, slots, and/or visas when flying into and out of foreign countries

• Assists Flight Crews with catering orders
• Assumes any duties delegated by the Director of Aviation or Chief Pilot
