The Corporate Recruiter position at Zeeco will be responsible for the recruiting of various full-time and internship positions from collegiate campuses. This person will also recruit for other positions within the organization. Most positions will be located in the US at our Global Headquarters in Tulsa, OK as well as other locations within North America. At Zeeco, we pride ourselves on having excellent HR support and a focus on customer service. We move at a fast pace and need someone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of a busy recruiting department. 

Job Duties

• Promote Zeeco employment opportunities in the community and organizations
• Recruit, identify, contact, source and assist applicants for open positions
• Research collegiate programs to determine which best support business objectives
• Organize on campus recruitment processes
• Source candidates and process applications and resumes
• Perform general HR duties as assigned
• Conduct interviews as well as coordinate interviews for hiring managers
• Draft and deliver offer letters

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in a collegiate recruiting environment is a plus
• Experience giving presentations
• 2 Years’ experience in a recruiting environment
• Experience and familiarity with various HR laws, rules and regulations as well as standard/best practices
• Sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside of the company.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
