POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing and Special Projects Administrator is responsible for all administrative activities that support The Marketing Department, Resort Management, Accounting, and Guest Services functions throughout the LaTour locations. This position will work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing and Special Projects to ensure proper coordination, compliance, and documentation impacting the success of the department. Qualified candidate must be results-driven, and highly motivated. Candidate must be willing to work in a close-team environment and possess internal communication skills to effectively work as a team in a highly professional manner on the phone and via email. WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Marketing and Special Projects Administrator works in an office setting that is subject to having many frequent distractions. Hours include some holidays and weekends and may require work adjustments and schedule changes as needed to support the site. Travel may be required at times.
