Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing and Special Projects Administrator is responsible for all administrative activities that support The Marketing Department, Resort Management, Accounting, and Guest Services functions throughout the LaTour locations. This position will work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing and Special Projects to ensure proper coordination, compliance, and documentation impacting the success of the department. Qualified candidate must be results-driven, and highly motivated. Candidate must be willing to work in a close-team environment and possess internal communication skills to effectively work as a team in a highly professional manner on the phone and via email. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Marketing and Special Projects Administrator:

  • Populates Reports as directed by management.
    Takes owner, guest, and vendor inquiries and routes to the appropriate department.
  • Accurately inputs data into company’s software systems
  • Manages and organizes files, reports and other material as directed.
  • Manages, monitors, and maintains the regional Amazon.com account.
  • Implementation of monthly newsletters and campaigns, highlighting news, information updates, as they are requested.
  • Maintain current information on company websites, as well as organic content/blog posting.
  • Daily management of social media networks, as well as the creation of new social platform accounts.
  • Liaise with the Senior Director of Marketing for onboarding of new associations.
  • Audit Sharepoint for Compliance (QA/Bonus metric)
  • Vendor relations (Lighthouse, Guest Supply, Front Desk Supply, Wyndham)
  • Ability to handle multiple activities and set priorities for assigned responsibilities that impact multiple business entities.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing in preparing creative requests, leveraging email best practices and insights.
  • Organize and implement communications and marketing tactics for assigned brands.
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Marketing with premium marketing clients to include social media content, social media ads, market and rental reports.
  • Develop and execute resort/hotel specific marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy objectives under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Marketing.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
The Marketing and Special Projects Administrator may also:

  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the resort. Examples of this may include but are not limited to:
  • Answering basic questions that pertain to LaTour Hotels & Resorts and its services.
  • KPI Dashboard
    • KPI Reporting
    • Medalia score reporting
    • Kipsu Reporting
    • Wyndham Star & Loyalty programs

Qualifications


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education/Credentials

  • This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A four-year college degree in business is required.

Experience

  • This position requires at least three years of administrative experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • One year of marketing experience is preferred
