POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of all units, buildings, and common areas throughout the property. This position provides general maintenance, responds to guest needs, and performs preventative maintenance projects.

Experience
This position requires 3-5 years prior experience in a general maintenance position or equivalent technical training.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Maintenance Technician III works both inside and outside in different weather conditions, which vary across locations. This position requires the regular use of hand tools and mechanical equipment that require manual dexterity. Hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
