Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests
- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
