We are looking to hire hard-working, outgoing, energetic restaurant management personnel who can excel at the tasks in the following job description for a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant. Must have flexible schedule. Nights and weekends are required. Restaurant experience is preferred. Must be hard working and a team player, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. 50 hour work week with 10 hours of OT. Health insurance, quarterly bonus, and 90 hour per year PTO drop available after 90 days of full time employment with certifications in place.
Manage and effectively train all personnel on each shift.
Inventory management, effectively adhere to our COGS goals.
Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly and on time.
Ensure that daily cash drawers, safe, and credit cards are balanced.
Operate the restaurant to meet or exceed budgeted operating goal.
Ensure all product quality standards are met.
Create environment of an accountability culture that provides growth.
Lead a team well, following all policies and procedures. Coach and evaluate the performance of others.
Assist the GM with hiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while maintaining labor cost goals.
The individual in this position will be expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements including:
Zaxby's Front of House and Back of House development plans.
ZFL Assistant Manager Certification
ServSafe Certification
Shoulder to shoulder, hands on station training.
Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave.
Maintain awareness of current promotions and supply levels.
Explain menu items, answer questions, and upsell.
Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby's brand
Accurately complete orders and transactions.
