Duties:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities
- Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Organize and maintain case files, including electronic filing systems such as iManage
- Review and analyze documents for relevancy and privilege
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including witness interviews and document organization
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Experience with electronic document management systems, such as iManage
- Knowledge of legal drafting and citation rules
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
