Casa Taco (Best of the City Winner 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020) is looking for Kitchen supervisor who is responsible for all areas of the back kitchen operations of the business. The Kitchen supervisor provides leadership by example and must be passionate about the food and driven to ensure its quality and consistency.
The Kitchen supervisor must possess an impeccable sense of urgency in the preparedness of the kitchen for a successful guest service experience and be 100% guest service focused.
The Kitchen supervisor must be a strong communicator, and be able to uphold and enforce company policies, as well as provide the background for the purpose of all protocols and procedures.
The Kitchen supervisor must inherently be able to solve problems, make quick decisions, and be confident in
coaching other team members, shift leaders, as well as receive constructive feedback.
The Kitchen supervisor helps support the Front of House Manager in all operational aspects of the business including: profitability, sales, guest counts, the guest experience, culinary execution, cleanliness, efficiencies, cost controls, employee relations, employee staffing, day to day shift supervision, training and development, safety; security, and programs; administration. The Kitchen supervisor directly supervises the hourly employees and reports directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager

· Ability to stand and walk around a restaurant to supervise operations for 8-10 hours

· Basic business math and inventory management skills
· Computer literate with ability to use internet, e-mail, Word and Excel spreadsheets in a professional
setting
Candidates should be available ALL hours for work and have some fine dining or fast casual kitchen management experience. A hospitality focused education is a plus but Serve Safe Manager certification is required with in 30 days of hiring.
Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
