About your role:
This is a hands-on, full-time professional position with day-to-day tasks, including performing the design of equipment foundations, equipment towers, building structures, pipe racks, platforms, and any other structural components utilized in heavy industrial/manufacturing facilities or required by our clients.

Work Hours:
Company Hours | This position works from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours vary and are dependent on business needs. |
40-Hour Work Week | Monday through Friday, Hours may vary with the workload. |
Evenings/Weekends/OT | As needed to satisfy the requirements of the position. |

Structural Engineer 3 | 5 years of experience practicing discipline specific engineering on multidiscipline project teams required. Professional Engineer and/or Structural Engineer License required. | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required. | In addition to all other essential duties listed above, this role will mentor team members and act as Engineer-of-Record and review/seal designs created by other team members. They will assist with training and mentoring less experienced engineers and designers. This position should have more advanced communication skills, as well as advanced leadership skills with experience leading large or technical teams through complex deliverables. This role should be competent in required job skills and knowledge, as well as can adapt to change in the work environment. This position should use existing practices as guidelines to determine specific work methods and conduct work activities independently; the supervisor is available to resolve problems. This position has immediate oversight of team members most of the time performing the same or directly related work as those the position leads. |
Structural Engineer 4 | 10 years of experience practicing discipline-specific engineering on multidiscipline project teams required. Professional Engineer and/or Structural Engineer License required. 3 years of leadership experience required. | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required. | In addition to all other essential duties listed above, this position should have advanced communication skills, problem-solving skills, awareness of workflow and be an expert user of technology required to execute daily tasks. This role should be able to display willingness to make decisions and the ability to make decisions. This position has immediate oversight of team members most of the time performing the same or directly related work as those the position leads. This role sets own goals and determines how to accomplish results with few or no guidelines to follow, although precedents may exist, the supervisor provides broad guidance and overall direction. |
