Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services and hospitality to all restaurant patrons
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Manage the waitlist and ensure accurate seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist with guest relations and address any concerns or issues
- Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service procedures and basic menu items
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
