Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on features and benefits of products
- Gather pertinent information and enter client data
- Assist customers with their purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of insurance industry a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
