Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Jewelry Consultant to join our team. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items that meet their preferences and budget. You will provide exceptional customer service, educate customers about different types of jewelry, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their jewelry preferences
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry items based on their style, occasion, and budget
- Provide detailed information about the features, quality, and value of various jewelry pieces
- Demonstrate knowledge of different types of gemstones, metals, and jewelry designs
- Offer guidance on jewelry care and maintenance
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewelry products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product arrivals
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: $15.13 - $22.73 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
