E-Mail senden Kopiert As Performance Manager Logistics Warehouses (w / m / d) you are responsible for reviewing, challenging and supporting performance improvement in our German Fulfillment Centers for the Zalando Fashion Store.

You ensure end-to-end efficiency, quality of processes and standardization across the German Zalando Logistics Network to deliver the best service and reasonable cost to our customers.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

You identify improvement potential and drive respective projects to optimize process output (throughput), lead time and overall process efficiency.

You serve as an interface for local performance management and central logistics warehouse operations teams.

• You initiate and enable exchange of best practices in processes and drive standardization across the German Logistics Network while thinking beyond the borders of the department.
• You are a contact person when it comes to questions about physical and system-supported Logistics processes and reports.

Its easy for you to investigate and analyse process issues based on current system data.

• You independently manage and coordinate logistics projects between Operations, Logistics Planning, Transport and Software Development.
• You define and document standards and communicate adjustments to your stakeholders. Process monitoring is an important matter for you.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Previous relevant professional experience in eCommerce and Logistics and understanding of the industry standards and trends.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and customer centric mindset. Strong project and process management skills and experience in performance management.

You have experience in Lean management. Experience in Six Sigma and SQL are a plus.

You have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate your ideas, concepts and stakeholders as well as to convince people with a pragmatic and structured approach.

Fluent in German and a very good command in English
