As a Senior Leadership Development Specialist at Klein, you will play a crucial role in shaping the impact of leadership development at our organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs that align with our company’s strategic goals and foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Develop and implement innovative leadership development programs that meet the needs of leaders at all levels within the organization.Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and seminars focused on leadership skills, such as strategic thinking, decision-making, and effective communication.Serve as a consultative business partner to senior department leaders, HR, and our executive team to understand business challenges and align leadership development strategies with corporate goals. Provide expert advice and support to ensure leadership practices contribute to a high-performing culture.Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design strategies to create compelling learning experiences.Leverage metrics, assessments, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Mentor and coach high-potential employees and emerging leaders, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development.Continually research and learn the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and incorporate innovative approaches into program design.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high quality of all deliverables.Lead the design and implementation of succession planning processes that identify and prepare future leaders, ensuring leadership continuity and the development of a robust talent pipeline within the organization. (Agreed, in partnership with the HR team though as I think doing this as part of the KTR process makes the most sense and would be the least disruptive to leaders) QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, training, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs.Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.High level of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.Certification in crucial conversations, Situational leadership, Predictive Index or other related field is preferred.
