One of the fastest growing roofing brands in the Midwest is looking to add a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. In this role, you are responsible for identifying potential customers within neighborhoods by assessing their home exterior and pitching free, no obligation appointments/inspections. We do provide some leads as well. This is an onsite position and requires employees to travel to and from permitted neighborhoods.

Compensation:

General Responsibilities

• Pitch potential customers on free, no obligation inspection of either roofing, siding or gutters
• Conduct inspections/assess current conditions to determine and present the best fit offerings to customers
• Other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAOs)

• Basic knowledge of roofing suppliers such as James Hardie, CertainTeed, Mastic, Atlas, and GAF
• Relationship Building and Customer Service Skills
• Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills
• Attention to detail and Organization Skills
• Valid drivers license and clean history, preferably with own vehicle for traveling

Experience/Education Requirements

• Ability to read, write and perform basic math
• Previous sales experience preferred, exterior home remodeling a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk/travel within neighborhoods to assess potential homes
• Must be comfortable climbing on to roofs
• Must be able to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
