Lead Repair Tech

Our location in Dallas Galleria Mall is looking to add a new team member!

We are looking for someone who is responsible, friendly, outgoing, and excited about selling our products and repairing devices and excited to help our customers find solutions to their mobile gadget needs. We pride ourselves on great products and excellent customer service. We have a fun team which you will want to be part of!

We are looking to add a full time repair tech position to our team that can work at least 4-5 shifts each week (37-40hrs/week) including day and evening shifts and weekends.

Please have prior experience of repairing iphones, ipads, samsung, tablets etc.

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
-Opening and/or closing the store
-Providing product information to customers and helping find the right solution for their needs
-Interacting with associates from retail partners such as Apple, ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and more

-Repairing customers devices

-Ordering special order parts to repair various devices
-Installing purchased accessories, especially the InvisibleShield, on customers' devices
-Performing inventory counts
-Preparing store to be presentable for all customers
-Learning about new products coming to market
-Reporting to the store manager and owners about your productivity, accomplishments, and areas for improvement

Total Compensation: $17-$22 per hour

• Base Pay: $15.00 - 16.00 per hour
• Commission
• SPIFF/Periodic sales incentives: additional commission for particular sales achievements (bi-monthly)
