As the face of ZAGG, The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) will be expected to provide World Class service to our customers by identifying customer's needs and providing appropriate solutions with ZAGG's innovative products that enhance their mobile experience. The RSA will assist customers with sales and questions concerning all ZAGG products. The RSA will perform installations of all ZAGG protection products as requested.

Essential Job Functions:

Sales background needed

Greet and assist customers with purchase of all ZAGG products and upselling

Recommend different products pertaining to the customer's needs

Maintain expert knowledge of all ZAGG branded products
Provide professional installation of ZAGG protection products

Assist with inventory counts

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

Other duties as assigned

Other Qualifications of the RSA:

Highly motivated
Basic computer skills
Represent ZAGG in a positive and professional manner
Outgoing, friendly, customer focused attitude
Available to work days, evenings, holidays and weekends
High School Diploma or equivalent
ZAGG product Knowledge preferred
High ethical standards and personal qualities
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills/team oriented
Ability to effectively lead a team communicate effectively with co-workers (both written and verbal)

Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays
