JOB SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst will support the finance team through reporting and analyzing monthly results and supporting quarterly forecasts and annual budget preparation. The role is varied and will provide great insight as a business partner across all levels of the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: 1. Support with timely analysis of financial results 2. Work with department managers to ensure financials are understood and presented accurately 3. Develop and improve current reporting packages 4. Support and communicate KPI tracking and reporting 5. Assist the business to understand financial impact of decisions, explain variances from plan and support required improvement initiatives 6. Assist with the preparation and reporting of annual budget and quarterly forecasts 7. Assist in ad-hoc reporting and financial performance analyses requested by management 8. Support financial business case creation for planned investments (Capital acquisitions, etc.) ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accountable to Finance Manager JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 1. BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or with strong relevant experience 2. Strong analytical and interpretation skills 3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft software applications 4. Individual should be a self-starter requiring minimum supervision and able to work to deliver on schedule 5. Ability to coherently present to stakeholders in both written form and verbally 6. Inquisitive mindset looking for continual improvement PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Normal office environment where approximately 80% of work is performed in a sitting position with the remaining time walking and moving around the office area. 2. Filing duties require typical bending, stooping, reaching, stretching, etc. Handles typical office supplies weighing less than 5 lbs. 3. Normal mental and visual attention along with manual coordination for keyboard operations is necessary approximately 25% of the time. 4. Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required
