ZACHRY is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Attendant for EXXONMOBIL located in Beaumont. Texas. NO PER DIEM IS OFFERED.

Position Summary :

The position will consist of being familiar with tools and consumables. Have the ability to hand out and receive tools. Ability to track consumables and tools and to maintain a log of distribution / inventory in regard to issuing and receiving tools.

Minor computer skills. Assist with receiving materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Responsibilities :

• Assist with receiving and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Perform routine housekeeping task to maintain work area.
• Follows all hazardous waste handling guidelines.
• Follows direction from supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :

• Able to communicate items of concern found during inspections.
• Knowledge of industrial tooling & consumables
• Organization and time management
• Must have good aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Good reading comprehension
• Ability to work with others team player.
• Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
• Commitment to Zachry values and safety rules and regulations
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of safety practices to operated equipment.

Reporting to :

This position reports directly to the Project Controls Manager.

Physical Requirements

• Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
• Will talk and hear to communicate.
• Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls and tools.
• May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to lbs.
• Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
• Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses / spoggles, ear plugs, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots.
