Job Details
Essential Duties of theSenior Network Specialist:
- Provides routine testing and analysis of network facilities
- Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.
- Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
- Troubleshoot network systems and performance as necessary
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience, Associates degree and 6 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree
- Minimum of Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Experience with IPv6 or IPv4 protocols is required along with level 3 network protocols
- $100,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
- Medical, Dental, health, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
