We are looking for an experienced Parts Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and distributing parts and materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and help our organization run smoothly.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive and process incoming parts orders
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory
• Organize and store parts in designated areas
• Recognize and discuss parts and descriptions
• Check incoming parts for accuracy and quality
• Keep track of parts usage and order new parts as needed
• Inspect and test parts for defects or damage

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Familiar with full-range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic replacement parts
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate with and through vendors
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient with PC and tablet
• Ability to read and understand parts manuals and prints
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Must have good attendance
