Responsibilities of a Paratransit Driver:

• Safely operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle to transport passengers to and from their destinations.
• Assist passengers with boarding, securing mobility aids, and exiting the vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and fellow road users.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues promptly to management.

Requirements of a Paratransit Driver:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when assisting passengers with disabilities.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings if required.
