Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping tasks.

Duties:
- Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties
- Mow lawns, trim shrubs, plant flowers, and maintain garden beds
- Irrigate plants, trees, and lawns as needed
- Assist with hardscape projects such as installing walkways and patios
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and procedures
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
