Office Assistant Job Description:
Our company is looking for an operations manager to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office and manage all inbound and outbound shipments. As a high-level overview, you will be managing files, updating paperwork, prices, and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands as well as manage all shipments.
You will need the ability to write clearly, be very organized, and be proficient with word processing applications as well as Microsoft excel. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is imperative.
