Every day, we encourage women and girls to become volunteers, mentors, thinkers and leaders. Our Friends of the YWCA lead the charge to earmark approximately 80 cents of every dollar we raise to the women and families of our communities. We also allocate $500,000 of our annual revenue to our Bates Scholarship program.
