Job Summary
The Member Services Associate is responsible for the member and guest service experience at YWCA Laniakea. The Member Services Associate should be knowledgeable about all YWCA O'ahu programs and services. This individual is responsible for selling memberships,processing cash and credit card transactions, entering and collecting data, and enforcing policies and procedures. The position is responsible for supporting other departments to ensure the facilities are safe, clean, and efficiently operatin- which includes basic facilities care and security functions. As an ambassador and host, the Member Services Associate is an integral part of the YWCA O'ahu team to create a sense of place and community through each guest experience. This position is responsible for ensuring the mission, purpose, image and core values of YWCA O'ahu is conveyed.
