The person(s) selected for this position is responsible for conducting high quality swim instruction and safe aquatics programming. This person is responsible for continuous high-quality customer service by motivating and effectively communicating with members, parents, family and students, and presenting a positive attitude toward the YWCA, its staff, and its programs creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in wet, humid conditions frequently
