Yummy Pools is the largest pool cleaning and repair company in Atlanta.
We are opening offices all around the south east.
This role will work directly with the VP of Integrations to help support the Merger process with companies we buy.
Your role will:
-Manage The Merger System
You will have to be someone who likes to build and follow checklists. We have a process for everything that needs to happen when we are integrating a new business into Yummy Pools portfolio and it would be your job to manage this system.
-Document Organization
During mergers, there are tons of documents that go back and forth. You will need a strong skillset of working with Google Drive.
You are the type of person that can't stand clutter in your personal or professional life. You are the type of person who can't stand for dishes to be left in your sink before you go to bed.
-Checklist Management
You will manager the merger checklist to ensure everything is done on time and done right when we buy new companies.
-Client Meetings
You will have to be comfortable meeting with Presidents & Owners of other Pool Companies and holding them accountable to staying on time with the process.
This role will have a minor travel element. You might have to travel 6-8 times a year and be gone for 1 or 2 nights.
We travel to go onsite to companies we are buying and you will be required to come to those. All trips are communicated in advance and no surprise travel will happen.
-Spreadsheet Support
You will live inside of spreadsheets. You will need a strong understanding of excel or Google sheets. If you do not have a strong background of working inside of spreadsheets, please do not apply. We will not be offering training for this. This is a must have skillset upon taking the job.
-Communications
You will have to be excellent with written and verbal communications. You will need to know how to operate Zoom & gmail.
The person we are looking for is a follow up machine! This means, you can't just let things go undone and it bothers you when people don't follow up well.
Your role will be in person sometimes and at home sometimes. It's a hybrid role that will be heavy in person at first when you are training.
Our offices are in Cumming, GA. You will need to live within 40 minutes of the office for this to be a good fit.
After you are trained and trust is built, you will be able to work remotely some of the time.
One final note...
We are a start up company that moves extremely fast. If you are looking for something that you can just "clock in and clock out", this will not be for you.
You must want to grow in your career and be hungry for opportunity if you want to crush this role.
