Summary:

The Brand Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing marketing / PR projects. The responsibilities of the brand marketing project manager include working with Administrative Director and Directors to create and map out the tasks needed to implement strategies. Tracks marketing campaigns, delegating tasks to project team members, supervising those employees, and ensuring marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.

This position organizes, plans, and executes projects within the constraints of budget and schedule. The Brand Marketing Brand Marketing Project Manager works with internal customers, managing the customer intake process and ensuring projects achieve their defined goals on time and within budget. The Brand Marketing Project Manager provides project and business leadership to multiple projects, overseeing the creation of project plans and identifying project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation. 

Responsibilities:

· Works closely with the Administrative Director and Directors to align marketing strategies and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.

· Organizes, plans, and executes the creation and completion of work orders. Works collaboratively with leaders to ensure alignment with system brand standards, resource allocation and deliverables.

· Manages brand resource platforms to include brand asset hub, digital asset management for video and photography, content library and signage / way-finding assets.

· Determines project scope and deliverables, defining all aspects of the project in the project management software technology. Oversees creation of project plans and resource allocation. Assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of the project.

· Maintains project financials and manages to project budgets, including the authorizing and recording of project expenses.

· Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes. Keeps stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks. 

· Communicates effectively with all project stakeholders and the creative design and team to ensure project milestones are met to the customers satisfaction. Builds and maintains close relationships and partnerships with customers.

· Develops and refines the customer intake process to ensure the most efficient approach to engaging and managing internal customers and to assigning creative design teams members to execute the projects.

Other information:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or related field required

· Minimum five years of experience in professional project management, with increasing responsibility for multi-stage long-term projects

· Experience in healthcare setting with knowledge of marketing / production processes
