Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Yuma Furniture Company and/or Ashley Yuma located in Yuma, AZ. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, such as assisting customers in finding and purchasing furniture, providing product information, and processing transactions. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Knowledge of furniture and home decor products
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in retail sales or customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary Expectation
$100,000 Annual Average compensation for top performers with opportunity of advancement to selling Sales Manager making $125,000
