Profile Extrusion Company, located in Louisville, KY is seeking a qualified candidate to champion the company payroll and benefits programs.

Reporting to the Corporate Human Resources Manager, this position will lead the HR charge in payroll and benefits across the enterprise.

In this role you will

• Will manage the end to end payroll process across multiple payroll platforms and pay schedules.
• Will ensure accurate and timely distribution of payroll to employees via direct deposit or other designated methods.
• Will maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
• Will participate and lead any payroll conversions as business directs when we acquire new businesses.
• · Will administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
• Will coordinate open enrollment periods, including communication with employees and enrollment system management.
• Will serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, and coverage options.
• Will support the finance team working with the external vendors and brokers to negotiate benefit plans and ensure competitive offering.

These are the qualifications we are looking for:

• ·High school diploma or high school equivalent diploma.
• Post secondary education in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred.
• 5 years of experience with managing payroll and benefits.
• In- depth knowledge of payroll processing procedures, tax regulations, and benefit laws.
• Proficiency with payroll software/systems (ADP, Paychex, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
