Duties: 

  • Providing basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
  • Assisting patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Recording vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Documenting patients' health status and reporting any new conditions or needs to the supervising nurse.
  • Assisting patients with mobility needs, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
  • Performing patient-specific duties as required, including, but not limited to, managing incontinence and assisting with medical equipment.

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Proficient understanding of medical terminology.
  • Strong physical endurance as the role involves moving and lifting patients.
  • A compassionate heart with a strong desire to impact lives positively.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must hold current BLS certification.
  • You will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID test.
  • Applicants must be 18 years old or older.
