YPS Anesthesia is looking for a CRNA to join its staff in a LEADERSHIP ROLE at an east Texas community hospital. This is a team-oriented non-medically-directed practice. The group will consist of 5 CRNAs and 1 MD. MD is present during the day to help with blocks and preops. Night call is CRNA only but not required to be in house. Post call days are not guaranteed off however CRNAs are often not needed to work post-call.

Typical Cases are Orthopedic, GYN, ENT, OB, GI, Cath Lab, Pain Managment and General surgery. They do have occasional pediatric ENT procedures. No CV, Major Vascular, or Neuro cases at this facility. CRNAs need to be proficient in epidurals, and spinals. Peripheral nerve block proficiency is preferred but not required. Would be willing to train candidates that don’t feel comfortable with any of the required skills. 

CRNA compensation is $260,000/year 1099 with 50 days of vacation. Malpractice insurance is covered by YPS Anesthesia.
