Program Representatives will market referrals for the following programs in Northwestern Arkansas:

Intercept

The intercept intensive in-home services program is an effective alternative treatment for children and youth who otherwise would be placed in foster care, residential treatment, detention centers, hospitals or other juvenile facilities. Diverting youth from these out of home placement, Intercept family intervention specialists provide guidance and treatment resources for youth and families in their own homes.

LifeSet

LifeSet is an individualized, evidence-informed community-based program that is highly intensive. LifeSet specialists meet with participants face to face at least once each week. They text, email and call young people regularly throughout the week, when needed. Specialists stabilize even the toughest situations and help young people build healthy relationships, obtain safe housing, education and employment. LifeSet is one of the nations first and now one of the largest evidence-informed programs helping young people who age out of foster care. More than 20,000 young people have helped through LifeSet across the country since the program began in 1999.

Position Overview

  • Market all Youth Villages' services specifically focusing on Intercept and LifeSet, continually learn about Youth Villages' programs, improve marketing skills, and keep abreast of competition
  • Meet or exceed Intercept/LifeSet census goals as written on AR state growth plan regarding your specific region
  • Build positive relationships while pursuing case referrals through informational meetings, open houses, trade and agency shows and other outreach.
  • Establish relationships with key community providers including psychologists, psychiatrists, employee assistance people, insurance carriers, mental health centers, school groups, community groups, juvenile court personnel, human service workers and social workers
  • Identify new referral sources and build relationships with existing referrers
  • Respond to customer service needs and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Complete Pre-placement assessments for the purpose of securing funding and communicate progress and barriers to the appropriate customers
  • Identify key state-level contacts for the purpose of assessing state-wide mental health services and the needs of children and families in assigned territory
  • Participate in provider organizations of which Youth Villages is a member
  • Maintain ongoing contact with key referral sources through presentations, meetings, phone calls, emails, mailings and other outreach
  • Engage in mass mailing/e-mailing, cold calls, and other efforts to make individuals aware of Youth Villages
  • Manage a large base of diverse referral sources and understand each referral source's problems and needs
  • Conduct market research, analyze results and develop marketing plans for Youth Villages growth in your assigned region in Arkansas
  • Be willing to travel to all areas of Arkansas sometimes overnight, to engage in marketing activitie

Salary

$51000 - $59000 / year based on education and clinical license

**This position can work from Fayetteville or Fort Smith, AR**

Requirements

  • Masters degree in a social services or marketing/public relations field(preferred)
  • Bachelors degree in social services or marketing/public relations field (required)
  • Excellent community relational and marketing skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines
