Your Journey Gymnastics & Dance is looking for someone to help build community and joy within our program! We’re seeking out someone who has a passion for fitness, really likes kids, and loves to be part of a tight-knit team that works closely with children and families. Our goal is to create a space in which multiple members of the family can come together to experience a wide range of activities that challenge them and excite them.

- Is upbeat, energetic, and enjoys working with children

- Understands the importance of building relationships with children and parents

- Is great at working in collaboration with other people in a fun and supportive environment and would consider yourself a leader

- Has a background in fitness (gymnastics, dance, kinesiology, team sports, cheer, martial arts, or related field)

- Is patient, outgoing, and has an upbeat personality

- Can work evenings and / or weekends (We throw wonderful, memorable birthday parties year-round.)

- Is willing to really grow with us (and the kids!)

As an instructor, you’ll be working with children ranging from 4 months to 12 years of age; teaching programs that incorporate gymnastics skills, sports, games, movement, songs, and a variety of other unique and exciting activities in a positive, noncompetitive fun environment. You will be trained by an instructor with many years of experience in the field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
