Requirements
• Highly proficient in C#, ASP.NET MVC and Blazor
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS and SQL/PLSQL
• Experience working in Agile teams using SAFe, Scrum, Kanban or other methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with multiple internal and external partners
• DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline experience
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket and/or GitLab
• Experience with DISA RMF Application Security Development (ASD) STIGs and/or National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-171/800-53 assessments
