Your IT Recruiter is Hiring a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer Near Orlando, FL
Your IT Recruiter is looking to place a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer for our client.
In this position, candidate will:
- Lead the integration and deployment of ML models, frameworks, pipelines, data strategies, and program processes that address these problems.
- Help establish the standard processes that will be applied to development and production-ready Machine Learning solutions.
- Manage and support of ML hardware infrastructure.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior ML, operations, software, and integration engineers.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience having successfully developed, matured, and deployed Machine Learning solutions to solve real business and technical problems.
- Experience designing and developing ML models and a knowledge of the frameworks and deep learning tools (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- DevOps experience including CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working and leading Machine Learning based projects
- Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow and other ML Ops/Dev Ops technologies
- Experience having led technical teams through multiple phases of development.
- Understand the technical risks associated with Machine Learning based solutions and factor mitigating strategies into project planning.
- Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to create solutions to difficult problems often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, ambiguous or incomplete data on a rapid schedule.
- The ability to lay out technical roadmaps and communicate those plans and solutions to both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders.
