Responsibilities & Expectations:

Salary commensurate with experience. Starting $75,000

Eager and motivated to learn

Minimum 3 years experience

Can handle 100 plus caseload

Does not need a lot of guidance or training.

• Takes initiative on what to file next on litigation cases
• Knows basic rules of civ pro
• Drafts Complaints, Summons, Disc
• Responds to discovery
• Drafts med chrons
• Drafts Witness and Exhibit lists, Expert lists, etc.
• Knows litigation process and can properly provide a case status to the clients.
• Knows how to e-file and e-serve.
• Schedules mediations, depositions, CMEs and the like.
• Request medical records and bills
• Provide case status to clients
• Request pip logs
• Request dec pages and policies
• Handle IME and EUO notices

Job Type: Full-time
