What we ask in return:

· Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience as a caregiver

· Punctual

· Strong Work Ethic

· Reliable Transportation

· Valid Driver’s license and current auto insurance

· Enjoy helping seniors and disabled

· Customer Service oriented

· Preferred but not required:

· Previous experience in caregiving

· Ability to assist with medication administration and manage medication systems

Job Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Provide personal care and assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes or care facilities - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document any changes or reactions - Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing - Engage in social activities and provide companionship to clients - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals

Our Registered Nurse personalizes every client’s care plan to provide them the as much independence as safe and appropriate in their situation. Our Registered Nurse will train new caregivers in one or more of these responsibilities if training is needed.
