Your Health Organization is Hiring a LMFT Near Columbia, SC

LMFT perform patient visits via telehealth remotely from their home. This is a full-time salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.

The following shifts are available:

  • 8-hour shift (8:00am-5:00pm; Monday-Friday)

As a part of our team, you will:

  • Ensure complete and accurate registration of new patients for Your Health.
  • Conduct insurance verifications via the payer insurer website or by phone with the insurer and ensuring appropriate AR staff if notified if unable to verify.
  • Utilize mapping system to determine appropriate region for registering a new patient.
  • Contact appropriate sources to obtain missing information needed for new patient registration.
  • Notify the POD scheduler via patient case in Athena that the new patient referral has been registered.
  • Communicate with Health Services Navigators regarding new patient referrals Assist providers and patients with resources to problem solve any issues related to care.
  • Assist Patient Liaison with answering and transferring calls.
  • Utilize EMR text and company email for intercompany communication with timely responses.
  • Provide excellent customer service when communicating with patients, families, referral sources, and providers.
  • Provide support to POD team members to ensure the POD will meet and exceed goals and expectations regarding visits and productivity,

Must Haves:

You must be a compassionate and empathetic professional with the ability to provide the highest standards of care to our patients. It is also important to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a positive and motivating manner.

  • Must hold a LMFT in the state of GA or SC.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places.
  • Ability to utilize electronic documentation required.
