Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the operations, including customer service, customer production, and team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the growth team to create new business ideas
- Utilize Lightspeed system to manage orders, payments, and inventory.

Experience:

- Previous experience in the retail industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including lead production, customer service, and team management.
- Proficient in using Lightspeed and sqaure POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CBD and endocannabinoid system

-Sales, marketing and networking experience perferred.
