Your Building Centers is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Beech Creek, PA

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at our Beech Creek Truss Plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as greasing, tightening belts, replacing parts.

- Perform scheduled PM's on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and fixtures
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment
- Fabricate parts as needed
- Supervise external contractors when necessary

Experience:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong electrical knowledge, willing to learn or can read schematics
- Ability to weld or willing to learn.
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
- Customer service skills for interacting with staff and external vendors
